Yes, absolutely. You can cancel anytime by going to your profile menu in the top navigation and selecting "Manage payment & invoice".

No, unused credits do not roll over. Your credits are reset at the start of each billing cycle. You can check your remaining balance in the top navigation bar at any time.

You can purchase a new plan to replenish your credits immediately. Your previous subscription will be automatically replaced, so you won't be double-charged.
